الأهلية
يجب أن يكون عمرك 13 عاماً على الأقل لاستخدام التطبيق.
إخلاء مسؤولية طبية مهم
التطبيق يقدّم معلومات لياقة وتغذية عامة لأغراض إرشادية فقط، وليس بديلاً عن الاستشارة الطبية. استشر طبيبك قبل بدء أي برنامج تمارين أو نظام غذائي، خصوصاً إن كان لديك حالة صحية. أنت تتحمّل مسؤولية ممارستك للتمارين، ونحن لا نتحمّل أي إصابات قد تنتج.
الاشتراكات والدفع
- تتوفّر اشتراكات مدفوعة تُفعّل ميزات إضافية، تُدار وتُدفع حصرياً عبر App Store أو Google Play.
- الاشتراكات تتجدّد تلقائياً ما لم تُلغِها قبل 24 ساعة من نهاية الفترة، وتتم إدارتها من إعدادات حسابك في المتجر.
- تُطبّق سياسات الاسترداد الخاصة بالمتجر (App Store / Google Play).
المحتوى الذي تنشئه
أنت مالك المحتوى الذي تضيفه (تمارين، صور، مشاركات المجتمع)، وتتحمّل مسؤوليته. تمنحنا ترخيصاً محدوداً لعرضه داخل التطبيق لتشغيل الخدمة. يُمنع نشر محتوى مخالف أو مسيء أو ينتهك حقوق الغير.
الاستخدام المقبول
يُمنع إساءة استخدام التطبيق أو محاولة اختراقه أو استخدامه لأغراض غير قانونية.
الملكية الفكرية
التطبيق وتصميمه وعلامته مملوكة للناشر. لا يجوز نسخها أو إعادة توزيعها دون إذن.
إنهاء الخدمة
يحق لنا تعليق أو إنهاء الوصول عند مخالفة الشروط. يمكنك إنهاء استخدامك بحذف حسابك في أي وقت.
حدود المسؤولية
يُقدَّم التطبيق «كما هو» دون ضمانات. لا نتحمّل أي أضرار غير مباشرة ناتجة عن الاستخدام إلى الحد الذي يسمح به القانون.
القانون المطبّق
تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية.

Subscriptions & payment
- Paid subscriptions unlock extra features and are managed and billed exclusively through the App Store or Google Play.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage them in your store account settings.
- Store refund policies (App Store / Google Play) apply.
Your content
You own the content you add (workouts, photos, community posts) and are responsible for it. You grant us a limited license to display it in the app to operate the service. Offensive, unlawful, or infringing content is prohibited.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse, hack, or use the App for unlawful purposes.
Intellectual property
The App, its design and brand belong to the publisher and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations. You may stop using the App by deleting your account anytime.
Limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
